A powerful book that talks about how to become a better coach for your employees.
There is a key difference between mentoring someone and coaching someone. Mentoring is where you spend more time giving advice, while coaching you spend more time helping the other person discover answers for themselves by asking powerful questions.

A historical account of mathematics and how it affects every day life and the decisions we make.
Although a book based on mathematics may not sound interesting, I loved how this book dug into the background story of each of the mathematics greats in history. In a way this book is like a biography of many mathematical geniuses.
Using statistics Leonard, paints a picture of how the decisions we may each day don't seem to make sense.
A book about human behaviours and how we make choices. I love these types of books that dig into how the average human thinks. Each time I read one of these books I feel I understand why I make some of the decisions I do.

Personally I have been using a system similar to David Allen's for years and it works very well.
However, this book is a bit out of date because there is new technology and tools today that can be used to help organize yourself.
